If you are anything like me, you've tried diets, LOTS of diets in the past. Some have worked, some haven't, some of them were easy, and some of them were impossible! (I mean, do you remember some of the fad diets of the past?)
I've actually had good results with a few of the diets I've tried in the past, but, in my case, having kids and age creeping up on me haven't helped and the weight has just sort of melted back on. I can only assume I'm in the MAJORITY instead of the MINORITY since everyone seems to be jumping on the diet bandwagon.
But, like me, have you noticed how EXPENSIVE it's gotten to get your hands on some of this stuff? I mean, $70-$100 a month is NORMAL! WHAT? Before I shell out that kind of money, I want to try the stuff out, and I mean FREE!!!!!
